 2 story, 3 bedroom private home on Main Street, comfortably sleeps 6. The house has an upstairs reading porch, washer/dryer, TV,deck, barbecue grill, yard and brook.

Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday from June through October.

RATES: $1,000 per week except for holidays and special events.  

FEES: $200 refundable security deposit, $75 electric deposit, $75 pre-paid cleaning fee; linens and towels supplied for extra fee. 

• Upper Jay House:

2 story, 4 bedroom colonial set back from Route 9N, ideal for 6 to 8 people. This house has a large living room, comfortable dining room, bar, washer/dryer, TV, screened in back porch, barbecue grill, huge yard, firepit.

Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday from June through September.

RATES: $1,500 per week except for holidays and special events.

FEES: $300 refundable security deposit, $75 electric deposit, $80 pre-paid cleaning fee; linens and towels supplied for extra fee.
